Why we exist
Northwind started with a friend. He is a very talented contractor who was having trouble developing and maintaining an online marketing presence. The work was excellent. Getting found for it online was the hard part.
That is common for owner-run businesses: the people who do the best work are often too busy doing it to market it. We exist to take that off your plate. We set up your online presence properly, keep it current, and report in plain English on what it brings in. Your accounts stay in your name.
We are early, and we say so. That means direct access to the people doing your work, plain reporting, and a founding-client program for the first businesses we work with. We would rather earn a case study than claim results we have not yet earned.
